When it comes to self-care it is easy to think the same. Rough solutions - like old-school hard brushes or harsh body scrubs - are tied to the idea of an efficient solution for a thorough cleansing or purification.

But sometimes - when used without the required care - these hard methods can be counterproductive. When it comes to using effective products, treating your body delicately is way more powerful, and sensitive yet consistent care is usually way more beneficial - even for your mood.
